Account Deletion

Users of Dome Academy / Dome LMS can request permanent deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

How to delete your account

Send an email from your registered email address to: support@dome-academy.com
Email subject: Account Deletion Request - Dome Academy
Include your full name and registered email.

Send Deletion Request Refresh Page

Data that will be deleted

User profile data (name, email, contact info, …)
Courses/enrollments
Attendance and progress records
Evaluations and results (if applicable)

Data retention

All data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days unless legal obligations require retention of certain records.
